Good afternoon fellow investors and welcome back to Invest Talk.

I'm Lou Guerrero and I'll be with you here today on Wednesday August 28th, 2024 as we try and

wade the waters of what seems to be a changing and reshaping economic and political landscape.

If you think about where we were, over 9% inflation,

just a few short months ago, to where we are now on the cusp of a rate cutting

cycle on the cusp of maybe a resurgence in in global demand headed into mid next year.

Certainly a lot of changes may come about

related to political change related to the election.

And so what we have to realize is that things don't necessarily change all the time or change quickly.

But regardless of the time frame, we have to adapt. We have to adapt our lives and we have to adapt our financial portfolios.
