1:02.0	So, can you tell folks a little bit about your background and you know what you do now?
1:07.0	Sure.
1:10.0	So I'm a lawyer by training. As you mentioned, I'm a special counsel. As I like to say very special counsel at Cooley. We're a large firm primarily in the US, but we have some offices abroad as well, servicing technology companies.
1:31.0	I work in the FinTech practice group, so dealing a lot with financial technology companies,
1:37.0	but also companies, technology companies generally that have, that touch on sort of financial services or payments or things like that and help them navigate those regulatory waters.
1:49.0	In addition to my role at Cooley, I'm also a fellow at the Berkman Cline Center for Internet
