is such a racket, so I went in, I hadn't been in years, I hadn't been in years just because

whatever, like life got in the way, didn't prioritize it, so it probably been like four

or five years since I've been to the dentist, dentist is the place that you go where you only

go if you need something right away, you know what I mean, like if you're a mouth is in

so much pain or your jaws and so much pain, you have to go, literally book out an appointment

to go, you're not thinking about, oh it's my time to go to the dentist, well you should,

I used to be a lot better about it, I used to go like every two years, but right before

the pandemic had been like a year and then all that happened, and so it slips away, it's

two years, then all of a sudden what's the point, might as well make it four years, so

then I go earlier this month and for a scheduled cleaning, the first meeting was me getting

yelled at, for an hour and then they stick the needle in your gums and they take the

X-rays and they tell you how you like, oh my god, what have you been doing for the last
