Tranquility by HeHe is a Maternity Concierge, Doula, and Birthing Service providing in-person, virtual, and travel birth and postpartum support. Their mission is to provide families with high-quality, holistic, individualized doula services in an empowering and nurturing environment while feeling informed and in control of labor (without fear or coercion). HeHe hosts The Birth Lounge Podcast which features leading experts in pregnancy, women's health, and newborn development.
Today we get into Doula 101, bridging the gap in healthcare, why Doulas are an essential resource in the birthing process, understanding the role of a Doula in the birthing process, and learning / unlearning so much about the maternal patient population as well as how to improve our outcomes!
