There is so much food misinformation and disinformation out there, and it can feel impossible

to know what's real and what's BS.

1:57.8

of an impact that experience is having on them in their postpartum period. Because,

2:03.6

again, it's supposed to be the happiest time of our life and we should be on cloud nine and it's

2:09.4

rainbows and it's sunshine. And if you say anything contrary to that, then you feel bad. You

2:16.5

feel like you're being judged. You might actually be judged
