Week number eight is upon us, and it's that revenge rematch against the hated New York Giants.

The best team in the NFC East against the worst team record-wise in the NFC East, but yet a team that also handed the Eagles one of their two losses.

And Ray, we talked about this right after the Eagles got embarrassed by the Giants a couple of weeks ago.

But if I'm the Eagles, it is etched in my mind.

They were dancing.

They were laughing.

They were back flipping.

If that's not motivation enough, I don't know what is.

I know.

I know, listen, everybody's going to be asking the players about it this week. Everybody's going to be asking about the way there's no other way

of describing it. I mean, the Giants showed them up in that game. I mean, they killed them on

the scoreboard, obviously. But it went beyond that. I mean, the way they, and look, I get it.

The Giants have been down for a long time, and it's a big win on that network TV.

So they're entitled to enjoy it.

But come on.

I mean, they went a little above and beyond.

And if you're the Eagles, if you're the defending Super Bowl champ, get it rubbed in your face like that in a primetime game that everybody's watching, yeah, yeah, you don't forget that right away.

And, you know, the players will be asked about it, and I'm sure they'll say, oh, it's just another game.

And, you know, they were just, they were just excited. They were just having fun.
