0:26.2	bipartisan group of senators reach infrastructure deal. And for me,
0:32.2	bipartisan infrastructure should be an oxymoron. Ask Barack Obama.
0:37.0	Republicans were totally against it. Trump got Republicans on board with it.
0:41.0	It shouldn't even be a thing. But what and it's really bad now because
0:47.2	what they're doing is it's a one trillion dollar infrastructure bill and if you look at it
0:51.0	they only break out the 550 billion of what's called
0:54.7	like extra spending. The other 450 is what's called baseline spending it's
0:59.8	already kind of committed they do revote on it, but it's already committed to like roads and stuff. So this is extra on top of what they would normally spend.
1:11.4	It's only 10% of the whole thing of the whole entire bit. Oh, I guess it's it's 20% of the additional spending is on additional roads and bridges and stuff.
1:22.9	They are spending a big chunk of it
1:24.4	on modernizing the electric grid.
1:26.4	I'm guessing that they're going to put a bunch of back doors
1:29.0	in there or probably teeing it up for electric cars,
1:33.7	which I'm sure is part of the road work.
1:36.1	I heard them talking about it today.
1:37.7	I heard one of the congressmen talking about it,
1:39.6	how it's gonna modernize it, like you were saying,
