energy work.

If you've been reading between the lines for the last 10 years, you might know that I do

some of that kind of stuff.

I'm a little bit more open about it now than I was at the very beginning of biohacking

because frankly talking about light therapy, electrical grounding, and eating butter,

and mitochondria was plenty for the world to absorb all at the same time.

Oh, and Neutropics.

And EEG.

So as biohacking evolves, there's always been an aspect of consciousness and spirituality

that's a part of it.

So sometimes those realms intersect with the physical, and that's what we're going to

talk about today.

Our guest is Jules Arnez, who is on to make sense of all this stuff and has created some

interesting stuff.

She does run a company, but you'll see during the interview what's going on, why she does

what she does, and you can decide for yourself.
