0:28.9	Welcome back to another episode of Courtside with Courtney, you guys today. I have Lauren here. I'm so excited to have you. For those of you guys who don't know, Lauren is the co-founder

0:39.7	healthy girly. So I'm super excited to chat with you today. Same. It's going to be
0:44.7	amazing. I'm sitting on my Higher Dose mat right now. This thing is like my adult version of
0:50.0	a pacifier. I feel like I use this religiously. I keep it. I have it on this couch in my
0:57.7	kitchen area. There's almost this little like living space hang out in my kitchen. And I have it
1:03.3	on that couch in there. I drink my morning coffee on it every single morning and I truly can't
1:08.2	live without it. But I'm very excited to dive into you, all things
1:13.4	healthy, routines, biohacking, higher dose, everything, kind of how you got where you are.
1:19.5	So give us a little elevator pitch on both you, the brand, and how we got where we are today.
1:24.9	Yeah. So I am a biohacker, which is somebody that hacks one's
1:29.6	biology. We ultimately are looking for optimizations and just ways to better ourselves, the way that we
1:36.2	look and the way that we feel. So I started higher dose 10 years ago. We started out with infrared spa
1:42.2	locations in New York City. At one point, had 11 locations.
1:46.7	And I think my timing with launching higher dose was pretty much impeccable because no one knew
1:52.9	what an infrared sauna was 10 years ago. And when I first tried the infrared sauna, it was exactly
1:58.0	what I needed to live in New York City with all the stress and go, go, go, mentality. And, you know, for everyone that doesn't know about an infrared sauna, it is a light therapy. It downs cortisol levels, detoxes you and makes you feel euphoric and gives you glowing skin. So we launched these infrared spa locations in New York and they just took off. And then quickly from there, we wanted to
