Hey guys, good morning. If you're going to come on quick and give you a tip. We'll get right to it. The best tool that I have in a toolbox is by far in the

paraphernoculars. I spent $150 on a pair of mine and they work fantastic and I'll explain why.

Using last lane examples, we switched up our shift so we were working a 6 p.m. 2 a.m. just to mix it up a little

bit. Normally we work daylight hours 10 a.m. so we don't really have to

operate under low light conditions.

So switching it up and working a night shift for the first time in a long time

takes a while for your eyes to adjust. And I was sitting

at I-95 northbound at the upper level to the George Washington Bridge, which is four lanes of highway, and in low light conditions,

it becomes extremely difficult to start reading license plates.

My old jurisdiction where I used to work, I used to just go out after cars.
