I did I did I did um I'm doing very well. Thank you for asking and the second thing is that I actually did spend some time looking up good news today because I knew that we were going to have a show about it.

And I found out that there was an overwhelming title wave of good news. They just don't report on it.

That sucks. But I'm going to tell you guys some resources you can

follow today where you don't follow mainstream media sources, you actually follow good news resources,

that the only thing they post on those

websites are positive news stories which I think would be a better thing to hit in

the morning than even the local news channel right your life would be

improved for sure.

So it's the last month and so what we like to do with the last

of the month is have our buddy on, have a friend on, chat, talk about different things, not necessarily deep topics because you know everyone's

to decompress every now and then. So that's what we're going to do today. But before we get started,
