No.

Kind of.

Yeah. Well, you do dry years.

You did a dry whole year.

Yeah. You just dry dry whole year. Yeah.

It's just dry.

For those during dry January, here's what you can expect in the first seven days.

So day one, regular moderate drinkers will find it harder to sleep on the first day. By day three some people

may experience hang over like symptoms probably because of the lack of

dehydration. By day five that's when you start craving the sugar that you're no

longer getting from alcohol but day five is also when you start craving the sugar that you're no longer getting from alcohol

but day 5 is also when you start to feel sharper and when you notice an improvement in

your concentration and then by day 7 your sleep is most likely to improve and you can

start experiencing more vivid dreams.

There you go. So it takes about a week for dry January to really feel like.
