Welcome to our new segment, "Binge or Bust?"! For Ash, sitting down and watching a good true crime doc by her lonesome is one of the most anxiety soothing activities possible. For Michelle, it's the exact opposite. Her anxiety spikes while watching tv alone and she therefore misses out on all the good true crime docs! So here, I'm going to give her the play-by-play of some of the hottest docs and tell you whether I think you should binge it or bust at the end!
