All right. So Billy Tipton isn't so much known for being a jazz musician as he is known

for having been assigned female at birth and living his entire life as a man. And most of the

people in his life didn't find out that he'd been assigned female at birth until after he died.

So obviously he was a woman, according to his biographer.

Right.

When you say according to his biographer, are you trying to tell us that there's like one main

biography and it says he's a woman?
