Billy Smolinski was born January 14, 1973. His missing flyers describe him as a caucasian male, 6 foot tall, 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. At the time of his disappearance his left ear was pierced. He has a tattoo of a blue cross on his left shoulder and a tattoo that reads Pruitt on his forearm. He was last seen on August 24, 2004, at his home in Waterbury, Connecticut. Billy was 31 years old at the time of his disappearance. This week we discuss the strange disappearance of Billy Smolinski.
