Billy Oliveira disappeared from his home in Nahiku, Hawaii around 10:30PM on the evening of July 13th, 2015. Billy lived with his grandmother and she heard a vehicle pull up to the house that night. Billy went outside to meet this mystery visitor and he’s never been seen or heard from again.
