Hi, Gary Steerman, time for another update from Prophecy Watchers. Hey, good news today. We've got Billy Crone with us in studio. I always love to talk to Billy. Hi there.

Hey, Gary, how you doing? He and I just can't quit talking. I mean, when we're together, it's just like that. Right? I mean, you've got so much to talk about and you are so close to the Word of God. I mean, before

we came on today, we were just sharing with each other about the fact that we are children

of the living God. We are not strangers to heaven. And this is almost unimaginable when you

stop and think about it. What? Me? How did I qualify? Yeah. To be a son of the living

God. And when you preach, I think that comes through you. Yeah, well, it's something for me personally,

Gary, you know, my background, of course, I was not raised in the church and basically a non-church background. Pagan, I was involved in the dark side, so to speak, with the actual demons and demonic entities and the occult and New Age and all that stuff. And so when I came to Christ, I was all alone and God radically saved me. And but it was like the scriptures that resonate with me is like

from darkness to light. I mean, it literally was that. It was deep, deep, horrid, evil darkness.

And then all of a sudden, bang, whole new creature, whole new realm. And again, when I first got

saved, I'm still kind of by and large on my own. Eight weeks after I got saved, I'm in Bible

college and the rest is the story, so to speak.

But it's just me and Jesus. I don't have anybody around. I started reading the Bible. I figured it you're supposed to do as a Christian. I started going to church services. I figured that it's supposed to be to do as a Christian. I started telling people about, man, I was witnessing. I didn't even learn that word yet. I was just telling people, man, I was involved in this and it was horrible. I was, I was being tormented and it was dark. And then all I know is I called upon the name specifically of Jesus Christ, asked him to forgive him all my sins, bang instantly. Everything's new, clean. It's like, woo. And so I was doing all that stuff and but what was a thrill and still to me this

day is and I think this is missing with the church is what do you have the moment you get saved

you have a direct personal beautiful relationship with God that created the universe

now how in the world that ever gets old and stale how that doesn't get you out of bed every day with excitement? I don't know what it is. And I think it's a combination of that and I think it's a combination also of the Christian. We say it all the time. We say we have a relationship with God, but we treat it like a dry, stale, boring man made religion. And we've forgotten what Christ has won for us. So number one, we need to get back to that if we want to get back to that excitement. I have a relationship with, like he said, the living God, the creator of the universe, through Jesus Christ, we're a part of his family. But at the same time, we need to be reminded all that He is won for us, not just He saved us from

hell, but what He has saved us for, and that is for heaven and the millennial kingdom,

that we need to be reminded of our future.

Nobody has a brighter, more awesome future than the child of God, the Christian, and people

are not being reminded of that.
