Happy early March to you. I hope you're doing well as we approach the busy time of the year in the

NFL. I've said it many times when I worked for a team, when I was an agent, and now in my

analyst role, it's all the same. The busy time of the year is not when they're playing the games.

And this is true in college sports now, too. The busy time is when the off season hits, no games,

but you're molding, architecting, massaging a team

to play the next year.

Because when the year begins, the front office,

which is my role, the business side, which is my role,

which has been my role throughout my career,

they're off. They're kind of off. You turn the team over to the coaches and the players

and the fruits of your labor. Maybe you did well, maybe it didn't do well. Maybe it works. Maybe it

doesn't work. But that's the time. And here we are and the NFL is entering that busy time as

it comes off the NFL

Combine, which we talked about last week as the unofficial or in the minds of people in the

business, the official start of the 2026 league year. Before we get to individual players, let me just

explain what goes on now, as by the next time we talk, we'll be in the heart of

free agency. Before the additions in free agency, the NFL, it's the deletions. And this is when you have
