Sean McDermott let go this morning, hence a little bit of a late time getting going for Albert and I.

We had to make some calls, write some stuff.

I will say this, Albert, and let's get going with McDermott.

This is 1A and 1 in terms of best jobs available with Baltimore being the other one.

The chance to coach Josh Allen is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for a head coach.

And while I think anybody who watched that Bill's game maybe had this on their radar,

I can say with a pretty good deal of

confidence that this surprised the heck out of Sean McDermott. I don't think he saw this coming.

Yeah. So I would say, you know, like, and my feeling on it, like, all along has been that

there are people internally that were feeling the pressure.

And I think you saw that spill out after the game on Saturday with Josh Allen's emotion,

with Sean McDermott's anger.

I think there was just like a sort of release of all that pressure that they had been under.

I think there was a tremendous amount of pressure on them to win the game against the Jaguars.

And clearly, like, I don't think that they let that go going into the Denver game.

And so I don't think there was a ton of internal discussion about doing this before this morning.

But, you know, I do know that the climate in that building had been a little bit

different over the last couple of months.
