Heather, let's start with trends you're seeing in the tech sector, broadly speaking.

Earlier this year you hosted Goldman's annual technology and internet conference in San Francisco,

which brings together senior executives from over 100 technology and internet

companies. What were the big themes and takeaways at this year's conference?

The conference took place earlier in February and it was right after the big meltdown in the market.

So being that we were in San Francisco and we had a variety of private and public companies

there, first and, people wanted to know

The state of the unicorns was also right up there

and what's going on with valuations

about whether we're in a bubble or not in a bubble for private market investing and then just concerns over how quickly
