Brooke, it can get tricky for entertainment reporters when they interview celebrities.

We've talked about this a few times where like the celebrity just is not giving it

or the interviewer is just trying to get something out of them and they're like

nah like doja cat being a kitten. I can't.

You know, because on the one hand, entertainment reporters, you know,

they want to dig up never before, heard personal information

from the celebrity and make headlines similar to how you're always

trying to figure out what questions to ask when we go on other people's

podcasts. I know. We'll get that viral moment. It's like come on we're trying to

accomplish something here people. It's like, come on, we're trying to accomplish something here, people.

Like, Heidi Spencer, tell us your top five celebrities, my God.

Just tell us.

It's a simple question.

But the flip side of that, of course, is there's a line that these reporters need to be careful not to cross and that's where they get a little too personal.

Yeah, I mean, I don't think we've ever really had this situation where we've like gotten too personal

when we're interviewing, but like I understand being on both sides, like accidentally like saying

something that you didn't intend to say and then like opening up so you know it's tough

it's tough on both sides you know yeah yeah well and it's looking like Billy

Eilish feels that variety crossed the line with her so last month she did an

interview with them and in that interview she spoke

pretty openly about something that she rarely talks about yeah who she's

attracted to and shockingly things have now taken a turn.
