It is, of course, Tatoo Tuesday.

We've been doing this for years and years, where we find out if anyone on the show has

recently received any tattoos.

But first, Wendy, first, I just want to say this.

I've noticed on our Facebook page that a lot of people lately have said that they have

been using our show, listening to the show while they walk or run.

Not me.

You're not one of them, but you're holding up your end of the bargain.

You're doing the talking while they're doing the running.

So everybody wins in this scenario.

I just want to say, first of all, thank you for listening,

and we're thrilled that you're using this as a background while you're walking or running.

And I think as a motivator, as the show goes on, Wendy, we should talk faster to get their

circulatory system working better. Do you know what I mean?

Yes.

So start the show, like for the first 10 minutes, 12 minutes, just go at an even pace, but then

pick up the speed just a little bit as the show progresses just to help them with their

run or their walk.

Now, can we go back to regular time?

Because, you know, the interval training is very popular these days, where you do a quick sprint,

and then you go back to the constant jog.
