Bill, welcome back to Prophecy Watchers.

Gary, it's great to be here.

We're going to take your viewers to Revelation Chapter 17 today,

and we're going to look at what is commonly called the Harlot World Religion.

And I'm reading Revelation 17, 1, and 2, and there came one of seven angels,

which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me come hither.

I will show thee the judgment of the great

whore that sitteth upon many waters, with whom the kings of the earth have committed

fornication and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

Not a very pretty picture, Bill. No, it's not. And we're talking about,

we find out later in the book of Revelation chapter 17 that the many waters is people's, tongues,

tribes, and nations. It's a world embrace. It's a world religion.

Global is where we get that. And it uses the word fornication twice in those verses. And

we're talking about idolatry. So she's pandering

to the political leaders. The kings of the earth are drunk with the wine of her fornication

and so of the inhabitants of the earth, the opiate of the masses, if you will, a religious system.

We'll talk about the timing of that system, which is real important in a minute. But let's

be clear that when we talk about the fornication, we're talking about idolatry. Matter of fact, the specific type of idolatry that helps

word studies says this regarding that word fornication, commit fornication, practice

idolatry to be unfaithful to Christ while posing as his true follower. So what we might

have here is a false religion posing as a true follower. So what we might have here is a false religion posing
