Bill Perkins is an author and businessman who originally studied electrical engineering,

and is now using his own life experiences to encourage others to take in all that life has to offer.

Bill's live-large philosophy implores people to chase opportunities that bring them happiness,

save a relationship that matter most to them, and pursue their wildest dreams.

His insight is truly eye-opening.

So I have to tell you how I even found out about your book.

My husband and I have a place down at the Jersey Shore, and we like it in the off season as well

as the summertime. So we were there in the winter a few weeks ago, and at a dinner party with

just friends that also are cold weather and Jersey Shore people. And one of them, Billy Blooms,

we were just talking about books we were reading, and he said, oh, I'm reading this really

interesting book called Die With Zero. And I said, oh, wait, what's that about? So he was telling me

a little bit about the concept, and so right then and there, I downloaded the audiobook.

And I hadn't started listening to it yet, and three days later on the five, we did a story

about how Marie Osman said she was not going to leave any money to her children, and we're having

a debate about that as we do on the five. And I said, wait, I just heard about this book.

It's called Die With Zero, and I'm giving them the concept, but I said, I couldn't remember

who wrote it. And I never do this usually, but as they were continuing the discussion,
