Bloomberg Radio host Barry Ritholtz speaks to Bill Dudley, a Bloomberg Opinion columnist and former president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where he also served as vice chairman and a permanent member of the Federal Open Market Committee.
