Number one, the deposition day two. House lawmakers will have a chance to question Bill Clinton today about his ties to Jeffrey Epstein.

After Hillary Clinton sat through a six and a half hour deposition yesterday, the chair

of the House Oversight Committee says he'll try to release the video sometime today.

In her opening statement, the former Secretary of State questioned why people like President

Trump were not being asked to testify.

But committee members say she took every question and she came to the cameras when it was all over.

It was disappointing that they refused to hold a public hearing, so I wouldn't have to be out here characterizing it for you.

You could have seen it for yourself.

We returned to answer questions repetitively, literally over and over again.

I don't know how many times I had to say, I did not know Jeffrey Epstein.

Clinton says Epstein's accomplice, Galane Maxwell, was an acquaintance who came as a plus

one to her daughter, Chelsea's 2010 wedding. The committee chair says Clinton referred questions

to her husband Bill more than a dozen times. And at one point, the proceedings were paused

when a conservative podcaster posted a photo of Clinton that he says was leaked to him by congresswoman Lauren Bobert. And this is how Bobert responded.

Well, I'm really fired her to the blue sale, so I want to capture that for everyone.

All right, there are more areas of inquiry for Bill Clinton's testimony today.

He did know Epstein and traveled on his plane at least 16 times according to a CNN analysis.

All right, number two, the new bid, Paramount Sky Dance, now looks like the winner in the battle to buy Warner Brothers

Discovery, the parent company of CNN.

Netflix abruptly walked away yesterday, refusing to match Paramount's $31 a share offer, saying

the deal is, quote, no longer financially attractive.
