This is Bill Connolly here. I'm with Bud Elliot, Espy Nation's head of recruiting, although for today,

Bud you are called the Secretary of Recruiting because I am the Commissioner of College Football.

I'm running for election to a post that A doesn't exist and B won't have an election

tied to it. But I'm doing it anyway. And I'm the commissioner of college football now and we are

here to talk about the things that we are going to change in

the realm of college football recruiting. Football, you know, maybe basketball, blah

blah if we're talking generally, but most specifically now college football

recruiting what needs to be changed and what we are going to change. I'm all about

it man let's do this. We have to kind of recreate a conversation we had in a bar

in New York. I know that's right.

This is this started at our Espi Nation meetings a couple

a few weeks ago.

We had this exact conversation and now we're going to without the whatever

be where we were having that night,

without that, we're gonna try to recreate it.

But bottom line here is, I think slowly

we are starting to make a little bit of progress

when it comes to bringing a little bit of sense to

call it football green. I do think the early signing period was a good step. It's a step.

It's not anything long term that's going to help a ton but I think it's a step and so first of all I wanted to ask you about that specific thing

since that was an actual change that was made what do you think the impact of the early signing period will be. I know we talked about I think I know
