Welcome back to the Ford podcast. I'm Lance Armstrong, your host. I hope everybody had a great

Thanksgiving. The Armstrong Clan, we headed down to the Caribbean, had a friend, we have a friend who's a really cool house down there, let us crash.

And I took my bike down there, not, actually I took a gravel bike because I didn't know what the riding or what the roads were like down there.

And pleasantly surprised, beautiful obviously a beautiful island, beautiful water, beautiful beaches, really amazing people.

But the writing was cool. Like I don't know if you guys are followed my stuff on Strava or whatnot,

but you can see it on there.

Impressed with the roads and with the road with every day with locals our little group kind of grew

went from two to five to ten and you know in some of those days had

upwards 12 or 15 riders just local

Antigans.

My main tour guide was a guy named Garfield, Henry Garfield, thank you so much

for taking me out every day and you know trying to keep these those Thanksgiving calories off.

So great Thanksgiving for us.

Hopefully all you guys at home had a wonderful time as well, lots to be thankful for.

One thing during, actually the day after Thanksgiving, let me just brag, if you guys don't

mind, let me brag for a second my son Luke Armstrong you

guys might have also seen via Instagram or Twitter plays football, plays for

Westlake High School and he's had an up and down year. He started the year on varsity,

and then they moved him down to junior varsity,

and he kept working hard, and a game or two

to go in the regular season, they moved him up,
