Shit, sun come up this morning. I busted my ass out of bed, got up, got on my little bicycle in my garage, got 45 minutes of fasted cardio in, cooked me some egg whites and some oatmeal, got in the shower, shaved my damn head in my face, got all gussed up because I'm fixing take a little road trip today.

You're probably thinking while you're driving down the road? Well, where in the fuck is Steve gonna take a road trip too?

I'm headed about 30-35 miles down the road to the LBC
