Bill Barnwell, vacation is over. All 32 teams are in camp. What do you do to get back into

playing shape, if you will, in your life for the NFL regular season?

I have to get appropriately hyped.

There have to be certain things that occur in training camps for me to align and feel like I'm ready.

I mean, and frankly, I think we might already be there.

Is Lamar Jackson mysteriously sick?

Yes, of course Lamar Jackson has a mysterious illness keeping him out of practice.

Is Sam Darnold inexplicably getting hyped after years of not being able to in the regular season?

Sam Darnold is getting hyped.

And is Andy Reed cooking up something that definitely will not work in the regular season?

Of course he has Cadreas Tony at running back.

So everything is aligned for me. I feel like I am in I would say week two form right now. We'll see how it goes by the end of the train camp.

I remember when Ron Jaworski used to always talk about how he was in the lab with the film and doing this and doing that.

I imagine you have a similar process.

I do, I'm someone where I feel like saying it's the film is sort of like de democratizing it.

Like it we're watching stuff on the internet.

It's fine.

There's nothing wrong with that.

But like I think this idea that I'm like you know I have like a lab that I'm getting filming is just maybe that Jaws can do that Joss is a former quarterback, a former team owner.

Like, Jaws has a lot going on there.

Me, I'm like, I'm like the other pleadians out there.

I am on Game Pass, just grinding film that way.
