Bikepacking is a pursuit which seems to be growing in popularity in recent years in Scotland anyway.

Basically, you pile all the stuff you need to go camping on your bike and then head off into the hills or whatever you want to go.

There are umpteen routes to explore from off-road adventures to exploring the islands. I'm Mark

Stephen and in this edition of Scotland Outdoors I meet up with Soley Johnson to hear about his new

TV series on BBC Alapa called Soreley Spins in which he undertakes five different bike

packing routes. Now one of the things that makes this series really stand out is it's recorded almost entirely in Gallic.

But it also showcases the beauty of Scotland in a very informal, very different way.
