So I recently was watching a magic moment of 30 for 30.

And if you haven't seen it, it is about the rise and fall of the early 90s Orlando Magic.

Now, I'm 37 years old, so I remember it pretty vividly.

You remember when Shaq and Penny were everywhere.

Shaq was this superstar center that we haven't seen since Bill Russell, since Wilts Chamberlain.

He had all this charisma, all this athleticism.

But it wasn't just Shaq.

It was this 6-8.

He looked like Magic Johnson point guard in Penny Hardaway.

He had the shoes.

He had the marketing little Penny.

Everybody loved Penny Hardaway in the 90s.

Well, you know what happened to Penny Hardaway? His knees stopped working and we never really got to

see a five, six year stretch. Then we got another opportunity, I think, to see a version of Penny Hardaway,

a little smaller,

but a lot more explosive, and he had almost the exact same knee problems in Derek Rose.
