Sean Mannion is a real person.

We spoke with him.

He exists.

He's not a figment of our imaginations. Well, we saw him in person briefly when they did the team picture after the last day of the draft. So we knew he was real. But yeah, today was the first chance, several months after he got hired, our first chance to speak with him. And it was pretty good. We'll get into a lot of what he said. Like, why haven't we heard from this guy yet? Yeah, I don't have an answer for that, but I thought Manu was pretty impressive in our first go-round.

Yeah, I thought so as well.

Just came across as, and this is a guy who's never been in this role.

So this is the first for him. So he's out there. He's in this major market.

And he comes across as authentic and just very smart, very in command, had thoughtful answers about everything.

You know, you could tell that he was prepared for everything he was going to be asked and he had a good answer for everything.

It just seemed in control. And he was a kind of guy that you can kind of picture him in front of the whole offense or the whole team if he

ever had to and just really getting through and really connecting with the team he's got that command

with what he says and how he says it that i think players are going to respect and respond to

i totally agree now look winning a press conference doesn't mean much. We see this with head coaches all the time.

They win a press conference and they can't coach a lick or vice versa.

We've seen really bad opening press conferences.

Anybody in particular, you're thinking of?

No, of course not.

It doesn't necessarily mean that they're not going to succeed.

So take it all with a grain of salt, but I agree.
