weighs in on the Texas Hookham Horn's gesture situation he's going to basically

approach it like an unsportsman like conduct. Oh come on please really?

It's going to be ruled as an unsportsman-like conduct based on those

criteria though based on does it affect the game in a gross kind of a way so I

think essentially it's going to loosen it up a little bit so it's not you if you do this if you're

taunting somebody or if it grossly affects the outcome of a game which tells me that it's not

illegal across the board anymore why can't we just have taunting?
