like i mentioned i'm out here in indianapolis um we have a lot to talk about because before I came to Indy, before Nick Siriani and Howard Roseman came to Indy, they sat down with all the beat reporters for a really lengthy session, plenty of good nuggets to get to. So we actually have like a lot to talk about in this episode.

We do. It was a great opportunity. It might have been the longest interview we've ever had with

either one of them. I was thinking about that because I think we talked to Nick for 40 minutes

and Howie for a little bit longer than that. There's a great opportunity, especially for

Howie, because he doesn't talk that much, a few times a year.

And he was very detailed. He was very, he was in a good mood. He was relaxed. He was very open about a lot of things. I thought it was a really valuable session. Yeah, I thought so too. There are a lot of different ways we can take this. A lot of news that came out of it. And I, by the way, I just got back, we're recording this on like late Tuesday afternoon.

center. So some more nuggets came out of that. So where do we start? Do you want to start with the

coaching staff? I think that's kind of been the biggest news of the offseason is the hiring of

Sean Mannion. Yeah. And it was our first opportunity to talk to Nick about what made him the best candidate.

And I mean, he told us that how many, I don't think we knew they had interviewed 17 people.

We knew about a handful of them, but talk about casting a wide net. It's a lot of people to talk to, a lot of information.

And he said as soon as they talked to him, he kind of went into the lead. He became the favorite as soon as they met him and talked to him.

Even the first time, which was virtual and the second time when he came into building, they were just really super impressed with him, talked about the vision he had for his offense.
