I was reading a story that talked about how researchers, well, many researchers believe

humans are born with only two natural fears, loud noises and heights.

These, they believe, are primal fears because of evolutionary survival mechanisms,

protecting early humans from potential dangers like predators or falling from high places.

Other fears, such as fear of the dark,

spiders, social anxiety are all learned through life experiences and cultural influences

rather than being innate. Okay. So all those other fears that we have apparently can be turned around because those are learned.
