The It was a education to say the least to be an educator in the Bronx and I just was exposed to a lot of injustice, a lot of like systemic injustice, socioeconomic injustice,

soci economic injustice,

racism, things that I've already cared about all my life,

but it was also an extremely taxing

and challenging job.

It made me who I am, I'm extremely thankful for it,

but I jumped into comedy as soon as possible

just to like have some fun and then slowly over that time my the balance tipped and I

started to do more comedy and once I became much more of an expert in

education I was able to leave at the time that I was allowed to leave, you know, and like just started

integrating,

slowly, integrating my activism and advocacy into comedy.
