John, before you had your encounter, did you have any interest in Sasquatch?

Not really.

I can't say that I did, but I just noticed that there was a lot of reports of different activity around our area and I'm an outdoorsman and an avid hiker so I paid attention to that.

Something that a lot of listeners might find strange is the fact

that you still consider yourself to be a skeptic

even after you had the experience you had.

Well, yeah, I tend to be a very scientific type of person, very logical, and I need stuff

proven to me. My encounter really wasn't enough proof. I wasn't close enough and I wasn't sure what I got.
