Because of their encounters, do they avoid talking about Sasquatch when you were young or did they talk openly about them?

They talked about it amongst close friends, but not like if anybody outside the family came over it wasn't like a

center of discussion. If you brought the topic up they wouldn't flinch or do all they

could to avoid it. They'd get embarrassed and of course the people would want to know what the story was and then they'd tell it but it was one of those looks like I'm going to be in trouble for it later.

Yeah, I do remember that look that I used to get.

After having their encounters, did your mom and grandma believe Sasquatch were to be feared or nothing to worry about.

My mother had this feeling that if it wanted to hurt her it would have.
