is that waking up to an alarm clock causes social jet lag and people don't like it and they're

tired and grumpy and it makes their life sad and these experts say

clock i don't show up for work anywhere near on time that is the problem yes and that's true for

most of us right like you can't there are people, and we all know at least one person that

wakes up naturally at 5.15 a.m. or whatever. But most of us have to wake up with an alarm clock.

And when you wake up to an alarm clock, you have what's called social jet lag. It diminishes

your life satisfaction, and it makes it harder to manage stress, which is none of that

you needed somebody to tell you, right? You already knew that, you know, dragging all the time is not a

life. So at the same time that we're being told, listen, it's really bad for human beings to wake up to an alarm clock.

The four-day work week is in front of Congress again.

So a congressman out of California has submitted a bill to Congress that would change the legal length of the workday.

We've had a 40-hour work week since 1938.

I don't know how many people realize that we used to have very few labor laws.
