Those are the biggest news days. And I think, I think the streak is alive. I think this

is a pretty big one.

Yeah, I guess. I mean, somewhat sometimes. I always expect a little bit more.

I stand here.

I mean, I'm sorry, you know, you know, in order for me to come on, I need some level of

standards that fit what I plan on bringing every day. So I mean, if this is, you know, Trump

continues to go down this line of ridiculousness. I mean, okay, okay, I can see.

Really Giuliani is amazed.

Quick personal note before we get the show started. I imagine this mainly because it's

JR. And in the first few months of the pandemic, JR had this really awful habit of like telling

me how much better shape he was getting in. He's getting all healthy in the pandemic.

As I'm like, like basically becoming Ted Cruz before your very eyes. And I bring this

up so I do. I think about all the time. So I like to work out at the gym. And obviously

I have not been able to do that for nine months or something like that.

The longest time in my adult life that I've gone without a real workout. Like I commute

to work on my bike and I do little things like that, but not an actual workout. And I don't

use trainers. So that hasn't really been an option. But my wife who has an awesome

trainer that she does remote, you know, like Zoom stuff on. She bought me as our anniversary
