reached out to me through an email and it was so good to hear from you because I've been wanting

to get you on the show and just really basically

wondering in general how you were doing

because they hadn't heard from me in so many years.

How are you feeling right now?

Steve, I'm feeling good.

I mean, I'm probably in better shape

than I've been in the last 20 years physically

mentally things are going well you know I'm in the gym every day and I'm I'm on the

road a little bit here so things are going good and you know talking about

knowing you how long do we go back we we met what in the man early 90s and W.C W and I

don't even remember the first time we met do you know I know buddy tell me I don't know I don't know I don't remember I just remember what we hit it off and man you had a hell of a run in W c. W as the lead hill but we're just shooting a breeze on the

family-friendly show there's gonna be an s-bomb here and there drop but we're not gonna drop

any f-boms while we're talking on this hour.

Man, I want to go back to you for Giddens because, you know, hell I'd forgot, you know, you've been from Boulder,

Colorado for so long or living out in that area, you know, I just assume that that's where you're from, but little did I know that you had born in LA.
