Bruce, do you know that the college football season starts two weeks from today?

Two weeks from, it's Thursday.

Two weeks from today, September 3rd, there are two college football games scheduled.

Can't wait.

I wanted to get your, just check, let's just check in on that for a second here.

So, you know, we continue to be in this weird parallel, you know, between these two parallel worlds.

We're on the one hand, you know, and we're going to talk about this in a second, we're dealing with the Big Ten's decision to cancel and schools that have had to shut down

online shut down in-person classes because of COVID tests and whatnot.

On the other hand, the SEC released their schedule and a big announcement on Monday.

You know, all their teams are practicing now.

We're going to be bringing on Pete Sampson our Notre Dame writer in a little bit.

And that interview will actually be half about the outbreak they're having and half about what he's learned from their practice so far.

Like, do you, when you wake up in the morning, feel like, oh, it's almost football season?

Like, how do you feel right now?

I tell you what, because I follow so many people who cover the NFL in some way or another,

I'm seeing a lot of training camp stuff, not just that, you know, I've watched the first

couple episodes of hard knocks, but I'm seeing a lot of NFL stuff that gets me, further

gets me into the football mindset from a very personal level.
