concerted gym-going effort and the months of paternity leave because otherwise I don't get out of the house and if I don't get out of the house I go crazy and so yeah we that we we started a mandatory bend leaves for an hour pretty quickly into the process.

Lydia is 10 weeks old and she's amazing. She's doing multiplication tables.

She's reading chapter books for moving on to novels. Dust asks, she's coming to Vonnegut.

Now she's, she looks at you and smiles now. And now it's ballgame once she can look at once you like.

And it's still the accidental smiles. They're not like fully intentional.

But every so often she makes direct eye contact with you and smiles.

They're like, okay, you can do whatever you want for the next 48 hours.

Like it's good, it's so good.

So thank God, she's healthy, mom is healthy, everybody's doing good.
