We talked to him earlier in the show and I asked the question because I hear I see all these news stories where they're interviewing people on the street, including the mayor of Kiev, who's a former heavyweight champion in the world.

They probably both feel the same way.

The mayor of Kiev said, you know, I was in the military years ago. I'm older now, but I'll get my gun and I'll fight for my country and my city.

All these Ukrainians who are saying they're willing to personally go get their hunting rifle and fight the Russian army.

And I asked Mike Lyons, is that a good idea?

I mean, is that the smart slash patriotic thing to do?

Or is it the old saying of live to fight again another day?

I mean, there's no way you're going to accomplish anything.

You're just going to die and, you know, live to fight another day.

And Lyon said, and I thought there was a pretty chilling answer.

So that's a decision everybody's got to make.

And if you're somebody like it's over 60, you're closer to the end of your life.

You might want to go out there and do your best.

Holy crap.
