Morning, everybody, welcome along to your free podcast for today.

Not as cold as I thought it was going to be.

I thought it was absolutely going to be freezing today, frosty poos, but it turned out to be okay.

Just a little bit drizzly.

Drizzly I can cope with.

Drizzly, I'm busy boy today.

Busy boy today because we've got an interview with Sir Ranald Fines to do this morning, which I'm looking forward to, very much indeed.

And then after that, I shall shoot off home, have a little rest for a bit, and then come back into the studio as we have the every three-monthly, let's go through the figures, which I quite like.

You know, it's, especially this month, I think it's going to be my time, which I, which I like.

So we're going to be going through the figures later on, and that's where you either get plaudits,

or you get, you know, sort of people shouting at you going, rubbish, rubbish, not as good as you should have been. But I think we're okay. With

your help, we've done very well this time round. So thank you very much indeed, which is good.

I was still trying to work out why, you know, somebody saying the checkout goal could lose her job,

although she's made an error. The supermarket would think she'd stolen it. Why? You get to

the checkout. They don't know whether she's stolen anything. Of course they don't. Well, because there's something sitting in the bottom of a trolley which she can't even

reach into. Because you pack the stuff onto the conveyor belt yourself, don't you? And you push it

around the side. They don't do that anymore. They don't sort of, you know, make them, you know,

make them pay their job, unless, lose their jobs, unless, of course, they have actually been thieving. But very unlikely. I know

majority of thieving comes from within, and I suppose it would be quite interesting if somebody

actually didn't scan something through the till. But they have regular checks on these sort of things.
