0:15.1	It's been a fast and furious last couple weeks, months. Shit, i'm kind of losing track of time obviously
0:25.2	with my kids being out in summer and want to be as present and just enjoying and soaking up as
0:33.0	much fun as i can with them i've been burning the candle at both ends, not going to lie. I've
0:37.7	got two 1031s going on right now with one of my shopping centers that I sold, one of my
0:44.0	medical office buildings that I sold. And you know, it's interesting is, you know, one of them
0:48.5	is going really well. The other one, I might end up having a failed exchange. And, you know, sometimes you put in all the, you know,
0:59.8	work and energy and planning and think that everything's going to go according to how you want
1:04.7	it to. And it just doesn't. But, you know, in spite of that, I always find, like, like in the chaos in the turbulence when you are
1:15.2	kind of being tested and challenged when things don't go how you expected them or according to
1:21.8	plan it really forces you unless you're you know just going to lay down and take it for what it is it really forces you, unless you're, you know, just going to lay down and take it for what it is,
1:30.1	it really forces you to lean in and find ways to not only survive and push through,
1:38.1	but oftentimes these are like the seasons. As much as I hate them, I will say I hate them
1:42.9	when you feel that uncertainty, that doubt,
1:45.6	that frustration, that fear. Even in those moments when you push through, you find a way
1:52.1	to weaponize yourself in ways that you weren't before. You find a way to break through new
1:59.4	ceilings of skilling up, new relationships that you didn't have in the
2:04.7	picture before that are bringing value to you that you know we're going to be you know valuable
2:10.2	to maintain and have going forward it forces me to find new ways of recalibrating my mindset, my body, my physical environment.
2:21.3	And so as I have worked through some of that turbulence, it's led to some amazing opportunities.
2:27.3	The 1031 that is ultimately going to be, let's call it maybe a failed 1031.
