That's a good way to transition it. I'm sipping on an energy drink. So if this goes faster,

and you got your energy drinks, no, that's more like sleepy, sleepy time, like go to bed,

like nightcap drink, but it's not nighttime. So I'm drinking a triple shot, but zero sugar.

I just want to throw that out there. If you guys are looking at how healthy I'm trying to be,

which I'm not trying to be very healthy, you look like you're in shape. So,

it helps me get a dog to run around. Oh, really? How old? That'd be a one-year-old.

Oh my gosh. Already walking around and crawling around.

Walking around, crawling around like crazy. Geez. I feel sorry for you.

I do. And the only reason I feel sorry for you is just because it's like, because I remember those

when my two boys were one-year-old, not even one-year-old, like I don't think they were doing anything.

They're just keeping us up at night. That's all that they did.

Well, thankfully, she sleeps during the night, so that helps, man.

To be honest with you, you know, that sleep is important.
