How does one know when it's a bad ADHD day? It's now for me, it's interesting.

I'm not going to say who, but one of my kids, you know, we figured out.

Oh, yeah, ADHD. Got it.

Go through that process.

But during that process as we're answering questions and talking to people and, you know,

reading up on it,

I'm thinking of myself, wait a minute. Have I been fruit? Tree. Have I? And I think this is a

byproduct of our generation where you're just like, oh, you're just a hyperactive child.

Just, you know, go go outside outside. You know, do this.

Power through it, whatever.

And sometimes now that I've read up on all these things,

I can actually recognize what I'm having those types of days. Mm-hmm. And I need to go outside and touch grass. It's like a whole day. Yeah. Like having one of those days. Yesterday was one of those days. Well, I'm getting out. it's not an episode. It's a day. It's a day.

It's a full day of it. I'm trying not to have a day of that today.

What I'm also trying not to have a day of that today.

What I'm also trying not to do is be a complete jerk when it comes to how we talk about things in sports. Because one day, let me refrace. I feel like there's a really big you were right, Joe, about to come out of your mouth.
