not spending a dollar on getting the drug addicts and the vagrants and the mental patients

out. And they are now killing cats in MacArthur Park and dropping the dead cats in the lake,

like they're killing dogs on Skid Row and doing drug experiments

on those dogs.

So pick your choice if you want to drive down through that area.

You go to Skid Row and watch them torturing dogs, or you could watch them killing cats.

Meantime, I think this would be a root cause. What's the

root cause of all this degradation, all this chaos? Drugs in a lot of people. Where do the drugs
